Support privacy notice

The support page is operated for Team CyLiis 19043. The controller of donation records is Asociația Părinți-Profesori a Liceului Teoretic de Informatică "Grigore Moisil" Iași, LIIS. For privacy questions, email us at contact@cyliis.ro.

• Donation choices. The project you support, whether the donation is one-time or monthly, the amount and currency.
• Contact information. Your optional name and the email address collected by Stripe for receipts and billing.
• Payment records. Payment status, date and Stripe checkout, payment, customer or subscription references needed to administer the donation.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider may process IP address, browser information and security logs when it delivers this page.
• Form 230. If you use this option, we receive the identification and contact details, address, fiscal year and signature required to prepare and file the official form. The CNP and signature are kept only inside the encrypted PDF.

Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are never received or stored by CyLiis.

We use this information to administer donations, prepare and file the Form 230 you request, answer related questions, keep required records and protect the service against misuse. We do not sell supporter data, use it for advertising or build advertising profiles.

We process data to carry out the donation you request, comply with accounting and other legal duties, and pursue our legitimate interests in administering donations and keeping the page secure.

We share only the information needed with:

• Stripe, for checkout, payment processing, receipts and subscription billing.
• Render, for secure website hosting and database infrastructure.
• ANAF, when our association files the signed Form 230 you sent us.

We may also disclose records to accountants, banks or public authorities when required by law. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Donation and payment records are kept for the period required by Romanian accounting and tax rules. Form 230 documents are kept only for verification, filing and any retention period that applies to that filing, then securely deleted. Other support information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Stripe may retain payment information under its own legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Some payment and accounting records cannot be deleted before the legal retention period ends.

You can cancel monthly support through the Stripe customer portal when available or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not remove records we must retain for completed payments.
