About this project
SparkLab is our event for introducing primary school pupils to robotics. It has kept the same basic structure across several editions, held three months apart, with activities tailored to a different theme each time.
At the first edition, at the start of the school year, we introduced pupils to STEM by working with them on LEGO activities and showing them 3D printers. A Christmas edition included making ornaments and a robot presentation.
We created SparkLab to share our knowledge with the next generation and encourage more pupils to explore robotics. More than nine classes have participated so far.
