Terms of Service

These terms explain how you may use Remora, the coordination workspace operated by the CyLiis robotics team. By using Remora, you agree to these terms.
What Remora provides
Remora helps our team manage tasks, meetings, events, attendance and feedback, and explore statistics from connected social accounts. Features depend on your role and on which integrations are enabled. Public donation and support pages are also available; their payment details are shown separately before checkout.
Access and account security
Workspace access is limited to authorised members of the CyLiis Discord server. Use your own account, keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access to us. Only connect a social account if you own it or have permission to act for its owner. You must meet the age and account requirements of any external service you use; where required, obtain permission from a parent or guardian.
Responsible use
Use Remora for legitimate team activities. Do not bypass permissions, access another person's private information, disrupt the service, upload harmful content or submit material you do not have permission to share. Keep attendance, task submissions and feedback accurate and respectful. Task points and leaderboard positions are internal team records, not money or a promise of a reward.
Your content
You retain your rights to the content you submit. You give the team permission to store, process and display it within Remora as needed to provide the features you use. Task evidence and feedback may be visible to assignees, reviewers and administrators according to their permissions. Do not upload confidential or personal information unless it is needed and you are authorised to share it.
Connected services and statistics
External services, including Discord, Google, Meta, TikTok and Stripe where enabled, have their own terms and availability. A social account connection uses the permissions shown during authorisation. Marketing statistics are for observing trends; values can be delayed, incomplete or revised by the source platform. Remora does not guarantee a particular audience size or outcome. You can revoke a connection through the provider; this stops future authorised collection, but does not itself delete records already stored in Remora. Contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable provider requirements and legal obligations.
Availability and changes
We maintain Remora for the team, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or when an external provider changes its service. Keep your own copies of important submissions. We may restrict access to protect the workspace or address misuse; contact us if you believe a restriction or record is incorrect. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. For questions about these terms, account access, corrections or deletion requests, contact contact@cyliis.ro. Donation-related data is also covered by the separate support privacy notice linked below.
Updates to these terms
We will publish changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be brought to the team's attention through the workspace or our usual team channels. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using Remora and contact us about your account and stored data.
